I was thrilled when a friend offered me some original nails from the roof of her 1870s home that was being repaired. I used the nails in brooches I created for the 2021 Australian National Brooch Show. The local North and West Melbourne News published the story in the Winter 2021 issue, page 7. The story was written by Annette McQuarrie.
